Utilizing flexible spinning rods you can make a vacuum with a flexible front end that would bend at 90 degree angles when pushed into a corner. this would make vacuuming a bit easier. I would post more today but don’t have much time tonight.
Today I was thinking of a small device that connects to the internet. the sensor on it will note when you get mail in your physical mailbox. It will send you an email. this sounds lazy but would be useful for some people. if your mail box is hard to get to because of a disability or its a PO box miles from your house, so you do not have to waste gas on a no mail day. The post office at least has the capacity to tell the website when a package was delivered so adding this feature should integrate some what easily and cheaply for PO Boxes.
Measuring cups lack technology until now. this cup uses reflective mirrors to direct a laser across multiple points at pre-measured lines on the cup. The lowest photo sensor not to have the liquid slowing the light down is the line of the liquid then is calculated with a simple circuit the amount of liquid in the container by volume. This obviously would not work for dry measuring.
I would be the first to admit I over clean my hands. But I do notice how long others clean there hands. To get your hangs throughly clean it is suggested to was for 10-15 seconds. That seems about 7-12 seconds longer then most. This invention would be a liquid soap dispenser that times after each squirt of soap for a appropriate amount of time it would take to clean the average hands, then beep or light up. This I think would help stop the spread of many colds and flues as well as keep people more clean.
This is how I have crushed cans for years, but you could easily add the dents ahead of time at the factory and would still hold about the same weight. These consists of several slanted lines pushed in to the can. notice the picture of my can and one drawn. of course a factory made can would look better then the one made with a ball point pen or finger. to crush push and twist. It crushes much nicely everytime for me with this.
Today I was thinking of using RFID’s to transmit first of price and second nutritional facts to a small device that you could easily calculate your calorie intake for the day. The receiver will have buttons to calculate portions as well as do minor computing to find foods you should try to eat to get all of the good stuff you need.
